We all share a responsibility as stewards of the earth, for all the wonderful creatures and sights we see and photograph so it's vital that we respect and protect all that we can, all that we love. For that reason,the following organizations are just a few that we support. There are of course a great many more.

♦  The World Wildlife Fund ~ a worldwide organization that uses its size and clout to support local conservation efforts on every continent.

♦  The Nature Conservancy ~ has set the standard in the US for land stewardship, buying and protecting important areas of threatened habitat.

♦  The Buffalo Field Campaign ~ is the only group working in the field every day in defense of the last wild buffalo in the U.S. To learn more about the assault on the nation's Bison population in and around Yellowstone National Park, please visit their site today.

♦  Natural Resources Defense Council ~ is one of the nation's most effective environmental action groups whose mission is to safeguard the people, the plants and animals and the natural systems on which all life on Earth depends.

♦  The Wilderness Society  ~ an organization that has been protecting America's Wilderness since 1935 through a combination of science, education and advocacy.

♦  Environment Colorado ~ our own state's 30 year old citizen-based environmental advocacy organization with an impressive energetic staff who combines independent research, practical ideas and tough-minded advocacy to overcome the opposition of powerful special interests and accomplish real results for Colorado's environment.

♦  Earthjustice ~ is a non-profit public interest law firm dedicated to protecting the magnificent places, natural resources, and wildlife of this earth, and to defending the right of all people to a healthy environment. They are instrumental in bringing about far-reaching change by enforcing and strengthening environmental laws on behalf of hundreds of organizations, coalitions and communities.

♦  Bat Conservation International ~ an organization with sole purpose of  teaching people the value of bats and protecting and conserving critical bat habitat.
