Signed Custom Prints

For all signed custom prints,  we use an Epson Stylus Photo R2400 printer with large gamut, pigment-based Epson Ultra Chrome K3 archival inks and Epson Ultra Premium Photo Luster paper for print longevity.  No manipulation or alteration of the image is done other than digitally fine-tuning and color correcting by us using Photoshop to ensure the highest quality. Each print is signed just off the image.

We do not offer custom matting or framing, prices below are for print only. The following print sizes refer to the actual paper size, the image will have approximately a 1/4 inch border for matting purposes.

All prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy recycled cardboard tubes via USPS Priority mail.  Shipping and handling charges have been added to the total print price.

Books

We're proud to announce that a 14 year project came to fruition.  Published by Oxford University Press, our first book  A Field Guide to Plants of Costa Rica, by Margaret B. Gargiullo, Barbara L. Magnuson & Larry D. Kimball is now out at your local bookstores, Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble or Oxford University Press, also found online.

If you're planning a trip to Costa Rica and interested in some of the plant species found there, this is the book for you. A Field Guide to Plants of Costa Rica is a must have reference guide for both beginners and expert naturalists. It provides a thorough survey of more than 850 plant species. Each entry is accompanied by color photos and a concise yet detailed description. The plant species are conveniently grouped by the different types of vegetation: palms, tall trees, shrubs, woody vines, herbaceous vines, herbs, grasses and ferns. Along with nearly 1,400 color photographs, the guide also includes an illustrated glossary of plant parts, five maps of Costa Rica, and laminated covers for durability in the field.  With so much readily accessible information, this book is essential for exploring Costa Rica's common and conspicuous flora from the plants growing along the roadside to the best natural parks.
